2012-2013 MR AND MISS BEAUTIVILLE AMBASSADOR
This year, we are adding our first-ever Mr. Beautiville Ambassador to our annual search for Miss Beautiville!

HOW TO ENTER
1. Complete the Online Entry Form below.
2. Must be between the age of 25-40.
3. Must be Hawaii resident.
4. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. Deadline to enter is November 24, 2012.

HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
1. Beautiville will choose the Mr. & Miss Beautiville Ambassador they deem that best fits, who the public can then vote on from November 5 - 15, 2012 at the spa or online at www.beautiville.com. Voting will be limited to one entry per email address per contest.
2. Beautiville and judges/sponsors will then review the bios and choose their favorite Mr. and Miss Beautiville Ambassador, who, in their opinion, best represent Beautiville and are most deserving of the grand prize.
3. Categories of the Competition: Most Photogenic 25%; Best in Interview 30%; People's Choice Award 20%; Best Physique 25%
4. The winner will be announced on or around December 3, 2012.
5. All contest communications and announcements are done through e-mail. Any questions, comments and concerns regarding this contest must be submitted in writing to info@beautiville.com.
